Shipping Policy

At Éternelle EGT, every order is carefully prepared and packed to ensure your supplements arrive in perfect condition.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

UK delivery

We deliver to all regions of the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Standard delivery typically arrives within 2–4 working days once dispatched. Complimentary standard delivery is available on orders over £30. Express delivery (1–2 working days) is available for an additional charge at checkout. All parcels are shipped through trusted carriers such as Royal Mail, DPD or Evri.

Tracking & address

When your order leaves our fulfilment centre, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking link. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate — we cannot be held responsible for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

International orders

At present we only ship within the United Kingdom. For overseas inquiries, please contact support@eternelleegt.com.

Returns & Refunds Policy

  1. Your right to cancel. If you are a customer in the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. To exercise this right, notify us within the 14-day period by emailing info@eternelleegt.com. You then have a further 14 days to return the item.
  2. Conditions for returns. To qualify for a return, the product must be unopened, in its original packaging, in resaleable condition, and free from damage, tampering or signs of use. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of supplements that have been opened, used or had their seal broken.
  3. Items that cannot be returned. Opened or unsealed supplements, products damaged after delivery, products not purchased directly from our website, and gift cards or promotional items. This does not affect your statutory rights if the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
  4. Faulty or incorrect items. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs. We will arrange a replacement, exchange or full refund.
  5. Refund process. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.

Privacy Policy

Éternelle EGT respects your privacy. We collect only the information necessary to process your order (name, delivery address, email and payment details) and to communicate with you about your purchase.

We do not sell your personal data. Payment processing is handled by secure, PCI-compliant providers. If you subscribe to our newsletter, you may unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email.
